FREE CONSULTATION
This appointment is all about you and getting to know your current state of health. Taylah will go through your presenting concern as well as other health systems that may be contributing. Taylah will formulate a treatment plan including specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations and naturopathic medicine prescriptions. This may also involve referral for functional pathology testing.
$180 - 60 MINUTES
Taylah will review and assess your progress, identifying anything that may be hindering your progress. We may also review and evaluate any functional pathology test results. Further dietary and lifestyle alterations may be made as a result of any test results and to help motivate you through your journey.
$120 - 45 MINUTES

This initial appointment with Melissa will begin with an in-depth discussion about your current health situation, body systems, medical history, family history, lifestyle and physical factors, analysis of pathology results and dietary analysis.
Melissa will then analyse your current diet and build a personalised nutritional food plan which corresponds to your current health concern/diagnosis. We will discuss diet changes and how to make those changes realistic to you and your lifestyle, working towards long lasting health goals.
$150 - 60 MINUTES
This appointment is for ongoing changes to your treatment plan/prescription and will help you continue to dive deeper into your health concerns. We will monitor improvements and identify any areas that still need addressing.
This appointment may also include a review of any requested pathology results
